Ingredients
- 400g Carrots
- 1,5 EL gochujang
- 1 EL Olive oil
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 EL Soy sauce
- 1 EL Sesame seeds
- 2 Spring onions
Instructions
- 1. Spiralize the carrots into noodle shapes.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic.
- 3. Add the carrot noodles and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- 4. Add gochujang and soy sauce, mixing well.
- 5. Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced spring onions, and serve.
