  3. 3. Add the sage leaves to the melted butter and sauté until lightly crispy.
  4. 4. Drain the cooked Gnocchi and gently add them to the pan with the sage butter.
  5. 5. Toss the Gnocchi in the sage butter and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Plate the Gnocchi and sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
