🍝 Gnocchi with Sage Butter

Ingredients
- 250 g Gnocchi
- 50 g Butter
- 10 g Sage leaves
- 30 g Parmesan cheese
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cook the Gnocchi in a large pot of salted water according to package instructions.
- 2. While the Gnocchi are cooking, melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
- 3. Add the sage leaves to the melted butter and sauté until lightly crispy.
- 4. Drain the cooked Gnocchi and gently add them to the pan with the sage butter.
- 5. Toss the Gnocchi in the sage butter and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 6. Plate the Gnocchi and sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
