🍮 Ginger Yogurt Parfait with Cookie Crumbs

Ingredients
- 250 g Greek yogurt
- 2 EL Honey
- 1 TL Ginger (fresh, grated)
- 250 g Vanilla yogurt (ready)
- 2 Stück Crispbread (whole grain)
- 1 TL Lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Crumble the crispbread into small pieces using your fingers.
- 2. Mix the Greek yogurt with the honey, grated ginger, and lemon juice.
- 3. Put the vanilla yogurt into a second container.
- 4. Layer in four glasses alternately: yogurt mixture, crumbs, vanilla yogurt.
- 5. Finish with a layer of crispbread crumbs on top.
- 6. Place the glasses in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before serving.
