  1. 1. Place the drained chickpeas in a bowl.
  2. 2. Cut the feta cheese into 2 cm cubes.
  3. 3. Slice the dried tomatoes into strips.
  4. 4. Toast the walnuts in a dry pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until fragrant. Remove them from the pan.
  5. 5. Squeeze the juice of the whole lemon into a small bowl. Whisk it with the olive oil, salt, and pepper to make a dressing.
  6. 6. Wash and dry the rocket (arugula).
  7. 7. Combine the chickpeas, feta cubes, dried tomatoes, and rocket in a large bowl.
  8. 8. Pour the lemon-olive oil dressing over everything and toss gently.
  9. 9. Top with the toasted walnuts and sesame seeds.
