🥗 Healthy Date Energy Balls

Ingredients
- 150 g Medjool Dates
- 50 g Oats
- 40 g Almonds
- 1 EL Cocoa Powder
- 1 EL Peanut Butter
- 0.5 TL Vanilla Extract
- 1 Prise Salt
Instructions
- 1. Pit the dates and add them with the other ingredients into a food processor.
- 2. Process everything into a homogeneous mixture.
- 3. Form the mixture into small balls.
- 4. Place the balls onto a board and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- 5. Dust with coconut flakes if desired.
