🍄 Smoked Mushroom and Radicchio Salad with Mustard Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 Kopf Radicchio
- 250 g Brown mushrooms (cremini)
- 1 Stück Onion (white)
- 30 ml Rapeseed oil
- 15 ml White balsamic vinegar
- 10 g Dijon mustard
- 3 g Salt
- 1 g Black pepper
- 10 g Peanut butter
Instructions
- 1. Wash the radicchio and cut it into thin strips.
- 2. Clean the mushrooms and slice them.
- 3. Finely dice the onion.
- 4. Heat the rapeseed oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- 5. Sauté the onion for 2 minutes until translucent.
- 6. Add the mushrooms and fry for 8 minutes until browned.
- 7. Mix the vinegar, mustard, peanut butter, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- 8. Mix the warm mushrooms with the radicchio in a serving bowl.
- 9. Pour the dressing over the salad and serve it warm.
