  4. 4. Heat the rapeseed oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Sauté the onion for 2 minutes until translucent.
  6. 6. Add the mushrooms and fry for 8 minutes until browned.
  7. 7. Mix the vinegar, mustard, peanut butter, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  8. 8. Mix the warm mushrooms with the radicchio in a serving bowl.
  9. 9. Pour the dressing over the salad and serve it warm.
