🍜 Vegetable Stir-Fry with Quinoa

Ingredients
- 150 g quinoa
- 1 zucchini
- 2 carrots
- 1 bell pepper
- 200 g broccoli
- 2 EL soy sauce
- 1 TL ginger
- 1 EL sesame oil
Instructions
- 1. Cook quinoa according to package instructions.
- 2. Chop vegetables and sauté in a pan.
- 3. Add ginger and sauté briefly.
- 4. Add soy sauce and sesame oil.
- 5. Mix cooked quinoa into the vegetables.
- 6. Serve warm.
