🥗 Vegetable Quinoa Casserole

Ingredients
- 150 g quinoa
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 zucchini
- 1 onion
- 100 g grated cheese
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml cream
- 1 Prise salt
- 1 Prise pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cook quinoa according to package instructions.
- 2. Chop bell pepper, zucchini, and onion.
- 3. Sauté the vegetables in a pan.
- 4. In a bowl, combine cooked quinoa, vegetables, cream, eggs, salt, and pepper.
- 5. Pour into a casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese.
- 6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.
