🥗 Vegetable and Feta Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 Stück Zucchini
- 2 Stück Bell Peppers
- 1 Stück Eggplant
- 200 g Feta Cheese
- 2 Stück Eggs
- 3 EL Olive Oil
- 1 TL Oregano
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cut vegetables into cubes and sauté in a pan.
- 2. Add feta and eggs, mix well.
- 3. Season with oregano, salt, and pepper.
- 4. Place in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
- 5. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
- 6. Let cool slightly before serving.
