🥗 Vegetable Quiche with Feta

Ingredients
- 1 Rolle Shortcrust pastry
- 1 zucchini
- 1 Bell pepper
- 100 g Spinach
- 150 g Feta cheese
- 3 Eggs
- 150 ml Cream
- 2 TL Thyme
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- 2. Place the shortcrust pastry in a tart tin and press the edges.
- 3. Dice zucchini and bell pepper and sauté in spinach.
- 4. Mix eggs and cream and season with thyme.
- 5. Add vegetables to the tart tin, pour egg mixture over, and crumble feta on top.
- 6. Bake in the oven for about 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
