Ingredients
- 200 g Basmati Rice
- 1 Carrot
- 100 g Peas
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 1 Onion
- 1 TL Cumin
- 3 Stück Cardamom
- 1 Stück Cinnamon
- 1 TL Salt
- 500 ml Water
Instructions
- 1. Soak the rice in water.
- 2. Dice the onion and vegetables.
- 3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion until golden brown.
- 4. Add vegetables and spices, and sauté for 5 minutes.
- 5. Add rice and mix everything well.
- 6. Pour in water, season, and simmer for 20 minutes until rice is cooked.
