Ingredients
- 100 g Carrots
- 100 g zucchini
- 150 g Potatoes
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 cm Ginger
- 1 EL Soy Sauce
- 600 ml Water
- 1 EL Sesame Oil
Instructions
- 1. Heat sesame oil in a pot.
- 2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté briefly.
- 3. Add carrots, zucchini, and potatoes, sauté briefly.
- 4. Add water, bring to a boil, simmer for 15 minutes.
- 5. Stir in soy sauce and cook for 2 minutes.
- 6. Serve and enjoy.
