Ingredients
- 150g Couscous
- 200g Chickpeas
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 300ml Vegetable Broth
Instructions
- 1. Chop the vegetables.
- 2. Sauté the vegetables in a pot.
- 3. Add chickpeas and sauté briefly.
- 4. Add couscous.
- 5. Pour in vegetable broth and let it soak for 5 minutes.
- 6. Fluff with a fork and serve.
