Ingredients
- 200 g Rice
- 100 g Chicken
- 100 g Pork
- 100 g Shrimp
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 1 Prise Saffron
- 3 EL Olive Oil
- 1 Onion
- 500 ml Broth
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cut chicken and pork into cubes.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a paella pan and brown the meat.
- 3. Add onion and bell pepper and sauté.
- 4. Add tomatoes and let simmer.
- 5. Add rice, broth, and saffron, mix well.
- 6. Add shrimp and bring to a boil.
- 7. Cook until the rice is tender and the water is absorbed.
