🍖 Boiled Jiaozi with Pork

Ingredients
- 200 g Wheat Flour
- 100 ml Water
- 150 g Ground Pork
- 2 Spring Onions
- 2 EL Soy Sauce
- 1 TL Ginger
- 1 EL Sesame Oil
- 1/2 TL Salt
Instructions
- 1. Mix flour and water, knead into a dough, and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- 2. Combine ground pork, chopped spring onions, soy sauce, ginger, and salt.
- 3. Divide the dough into small pieces and roll them thin.
- 4. Fill the dough pieces with filling and shape into small dumplings.
- 5. Cook in boiling water for about 6-8 minutes.
- 6. Serve with soy sauce.
