Ingredients
- 200 g Squid (cleaned)
- 2 EL Lime (juice)
- 2 Zehen Garlic (chopped)
- 1 Stück Chili (fresh, finely sliced)
- 10 g Coriander (for garnish)
- 1 EL Olive Oil
- 50 ml Soy Sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- 1. Marinate squid with lime juice, garlic, and chili.
- 2. Grill squid for 4-5 minutes.
- 3. Remove squid from the grill and garnish with coriander.
- 4. Serve with soy sauce.
