🍖 Stuffed Peppers with Chicken and Quinoa

Ingredients
- 200g chicken breast
- 100g quinoa
- 2 Stück bell pepper
- 1 Stück onion
- 2 EL olive oil
- 1 Zehe garlic
- 1 TL salt
- 0.5 TL pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cook quinoa according to package instructions.
- 2. Dice chicken breast and onion and sauté in a pan.
- 3. Add garlic and sauté for a short time.
- 4. Mix quinoa with chicken mixture and season with salt and pepper.
- 5. Halve the peppers, fill them, and bake in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
