  1. 1. Wash the peppers and cut off the top. Remove the seeds.
  2. 2. Cook the quinoa in 200 ml of water for 15 minutes. Let it cool.
  3. 3. Finely dice the onion and the garlic.
  4. 4. Fry the onion and the garlic in 15 ml of olive oil for 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Mix the quinoa with the chickpeas, the onion mixture, and the oregano. Season with salt.
  6. 6. Fill the peppers with the mixture. Place them in a baking dish.
  7. 7. Pour 50 ml of water into the dish. Bake the peppers for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
