🍜 Steamed Baozi with Vegetables

Ingredients
- 250 g Steaming Flour
- 130 ml Water
- 1 Carrots
- 100 g Cauliflower
- 1 Spring Onions
- 1 EL Soy Sauce
- 1 EL Sesame Oil
- 1/2 TL Salt
Instructions
- 1. Mix flour and water to form a dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- 2. Chop carrots and cauliflower and mix with soy sauce, spring onions, and salt.
- 3. Divide the dough into small pieces and flatten them.
- 4. Fill with vegetable mixture and shape into round Baozi.
- 5. Steam in a steamer for about 15 minutes.
- 6. Serve with soy sauce.
