🧀 Pan-fried Goat Cheese Salad with Figs

Ingredients
- 200 g Goat cheese rounds
- 150 g Mixed greens (e.g., arugula)
- 4 Stück Figs (fresh or dried)
- 30 g Walnuts
- 20 ml Olive oil
- 10 g Honey
- 2 g Salt
- 1 g Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the greens and dry them well. Place them on a large plate.
- 2. Cut the figs into quarters. Roughly crumble the walnuts.
- 3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Place the goat cheese rounds in the pan and fry them for approx. 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- 4. Mix the olive oil with the honey, salt, and pepper to make a dressing.
- 5. Place the warm goat cheese rounds on the salad. Distribute the figs and walnuts. Drizzle the dressing over it and serve immediately.
