  1. 1. Wash the greens and dry them well. Place them on a large plate.
  2. 2. Cut the figs into quarters. Roughly crumble the walnuts.
  3. 3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Place the goat cheese rounds in the pan and fry them for approx. 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. 4. Mix the olive oil with the honey, salt, and pepper to make a dressing.
  5. 5. Place the warm goat cheese rounds on the salad. Distribute the figs and walnuts. Drizzle the dressing over it and serve immediately.
