🐟 Khao Pad with Shrimp

Ingredients
- 200g Jasmine Rice
- 150g Shrimp
- 2 EL Peanut Oil
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 Onion
- 2 Eggs
- 100g Peas
- 2 EL Soy Sauce
- 2 Spring Onions
- 1 Lime
Instructions
- 1. Cook rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- 2. Heat peanut oil in a large pan, sauté garlic and onion.
- 3. Add shrimp and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink.
- 4. Crack eggs into the pan and scramble well.
- 5. Add cooked rice and peas, season with soy sauce, and mix well.
- 6. Garnish with sliced spring onions and serve with lime juice.
