Ingredients
- 400 g Duck
- 4 EL Hoisin sauce
- 2 Spring onions
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 3 EL Cooking oil
- 1 TL Pepper
- 1 EL Sugar
Instructions
- 1. Cut the duck into pieces.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry garlic.
- 3. Add duck pieces and fry until golden brown.
- 4. Add hoisin sauce and sugar, mix well.
- 5. Garnish with spring onions and serve.
