🍌 Fried Bananas in Honey-Cinnamon Bath (Dalia Española)

Ingredients
- 2 Stk Ripe bananas
- 2 EL Rapeseed oil or sunflower oil
- 3 EL Honey
- 1 TL Ground cinnamon
- 1 TL Lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Cut the bananas in half lengthwise and then into three pieces.
- 2. Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
- 3. Fry the banana slices for about 2 minutes per side until golden brown.
- 4. Mix the honey, ground cinnamon, and lemon juice in a small cup.
- 5. Pour the honey-cinnamon mixture over the bananas in the pan.
- 6. Let the bananas simmer in the sauce for 1 minute and serve warm.
