🥗 Baked Sweet Potatoes with Feta

Ingredients
- 2 Stück sweet potatoes
- 100 g feta cheese
- 2 EL olive oil
- 1 TL fresh thyme
- 1 TL salt
- 0.5 TL pepper
- 1 TL paprika
- 1 Zehe garlic
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
- 2. Slice the sweet potatoes lengthwise and place on a baking sheet.
- 3. Drizzle olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and crushed garlic over them.
- 4. Bake the sweet potatoes for 25 minutes.
- 5. Remove them and crumble feta on top.
- 6. Back in the oven for another 10 minutes.
