🍐 Salty Pear-Cheese Salad with Walnuts

Ingredients
- 1 Stück Pear (firm)
- 150 g Fresh cheese (goat cheese, firm)
- 50 g Walnuts (halves)
- 100 g Mixed salad (baby leaves)
- 1 TL Honey
- 1 EL Apple cider vinegar
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 1 Prise Salt
- 1 Prise Pepper (black, ground)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- 2. Peel the pear and cut it into wedges. Remove the core.
- 3. Cut the goat cheese into 4 thick slices or form 4 small balls.
- 4. Place the pear wedges and the cheese on a baking sheet. Sprinkle them with the walnuts.
- 5. Add the honey and a splash of olive oil. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- 6. Bake the composition for 15 minutes in the oven until the cheese is soft and the pear is slightly caramelized.
- 7. Mix the vinegar, remaining oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl for the dressing.
- 8. Wash the mixed salad and place it on plates. Remove the hot tray from the oven.
- 9. Distribute the warm pears and cheese on the salad. Pour the dressing over it and serve immediately.
