  2. 2. Peel the pear and cut it into wedges. Remove the core.
  3. 3. Cut the goat cheese into 4 thick slices or form 4 small balls.
  4. 4. Place the pear wedges and the cheese on a baking sheet. Sprinkle them with the walnuts.
  5. 5. Add the honey and a splash of olive oil. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  6. 6. Bake the composition for 15 minutes in the oven until the cheese is soft and the pear is slightly caramelized.
  7. 7. Mix the vinegar, remaining oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl for the dressing.
  8. 8. Wash the mixed salad and place it on plates. Remove the hot tray from the oven.
  9. 9. Distribute the warm pears and cheese on the salad. Pour the dressing over it and serve immediately.
