Ingredients
- 500 g Tomatoes
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Pepper
- 1 Onion
- 50 ml Olive oil
- 1 EL Vinegar
- 1 TL Salt
Instructions
- 1. Chop tomatoes, cucumber, pepper, and onion roughly.
- 2. Blend until smooth and slowly add olive oil and vinegar.
- 3. Season with salt and serve cold.
