🍤 Shrimp Cream Pasta with Chili

Ingredients
- 400 g Penne pasta
- 300 g Shrimp (peeled)
- 200 ml Heavy cream (30% fat)
- 1 Stk Chili pepper
- 2 Stk Garlic clove
- 20 g Butter
- 10 g Salt
- 10 g Parsley, chopped
Instructions
- 1. Cook the penne in salted water al dente.
- 2. Wash and dry the shrimp. Dice the chili pepper and garlic finely.
- 3. Melt the butter in a large pan. Fry the garlic and chili for 1 minute.
- 4. Add the shrimp to the pan and fry for 3 minutes until pink.
- 5. Pour in the cream and simmer for 3 minutes.
- 6. Add the drained pasta to the pan. Mix everything well. Season with salt and parsley.
