  1. 1. Wash the shrimp and pat them completely dry with a kitchen towel.
  2. 2. Finely chop the garlic and slice the chili into rings (remove seeds for less heat). Wash and roughly chop the parsley.
  3. 3. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Add the garlic and chili to the oil and fry for 1 minute while stirring constantly until fragrant.
  5. 5. Add the shrimp to the pan and fry for 2 to 3 minutes until pink and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. 6. Remove the pan from the heat. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon over the top and sprinkle the parsley on top. Serve immediately.
