🦐 Shrimp with Chili and Garlic

Ingredients
- 400 g Shrimp (peeled, raw)
- 50 ml Olive oil
- 4 Stk Garlic clove
- 1 Stk Chili (fresh, red)
- 1 Stk Lemon
- 10 g Parsley (fresh)
- 3 g Salt
- 1 g Pepper (black, ground)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the shrimp and pat them completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 2. Finely chop the garlic and slice the chili into rings (remove seeds for less heat). Wash and roughly chop the parsley.
- 3. Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
- 4. Add the garlic and chili to the oil and fry for 1 minute while stirring constantly until fragrant.
- 5. Add the shrimp to the pan and fry for 2 to 3 minutes until pink and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
- 6. Remove the pan from the heat. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon over the top and sprinkle the parsley on top. Serve immediately.
