🦐 Shrimps in Crispy Garlic Butter Oil

Ingredients
- 300 g Tiger prawns (peeled)
- 50 ml Olive oil
- 6 Stück Cloves of garlic
- 2 Stück Dried chili peppers
- 10 g Fresh parsley
- 3 g Sea salt
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the tiger prawns under cold water and pat them dry with kitchen paper.
- 2. Slice the garlic into thin pieces.
- 3. Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick pan over medium heat.
- 4. Fry the garlic and whole chili peppers for 2 minutes until golden brown.
- 5. Add the tiger prawns to the pan and fry them for 3 minutes until pink and crispy.
- 6. Season with sea salt and sprinkle the chopped parsley over them.
- 7. Serve the tiger prawns directly in the pan with toothpicks or wooden picks.
