🦐 Gambas al Ajillo – Shrimps in garlic oil

Ingredients
- 400 g Shrimps (peeled, cooked)
- 60 ml Olive oil
- 4 Stk Garlic cloves
- 0.5 TL Chili flakes
- 1 Bund Parsley (fresh)
- 1 Stk Lemons
- 0.5 TL Salt
Instructions
- 1. Slice the garlic into very thin slices.
- 2. Put the olive oil and garlic in a small non-stick pan. Turn the heat to medium.
- 3. Heat the oil slowly until the garlic turns slightly golden brown. Make sure the garlic does not burn. This takes approx. 2 minutes.
- 4. Remove the pan from the heat briefly and stir in the chili flakes. Be careful, as the oil may splatter.
- 5. Place the shrimps in the pan and fry them for 2 minutes until they are warm and slightly pinker.
- 6. Coarsely chop the parsley leaves.
- 7. Season with salt and sprinkle the parsley over the shrimps.
- 8. Squeeze the juice of half the lemon over it and serve the dish immediately in the pan.
