  1. 1. Slice the garlic into very thin slices.
  2. 2. Put the olive oil and garlic in a small non-stick pan. Turn the heat to medium.
  3. 3. Heat the oil slowly until the garlic turns slightly golden brown. Make sure the garlic does not burn. This takes approx. 2 minutes.
  4. 4. Remove the pan from the heat briefly and stir in the chili flakes. Be careful, as the oil may splatter.
  5. 5. Place the shrimps in the pan and fry them for 2 minutes until they are warm and slightly pinker.
  6. 6. Coarsely chop the parsley leaves.
  7. 7. Season with salt and sprinkle the parsley over the shrimps.
  8. 8. Squeeze the juice of half the lemon over it and serve the dish immediately in the pan.
