🦐 Shrimp in Garlic-Lemon Oil

Ingredients
- 400 g Shrimp (raw, peeled)
- 60 ml Olive oil
- 3 Stk Garlic clove
- 1 Stk Lemon
- 2 g Chili flakes
- 10 g Parsley (fresh)
- 3 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Thaw the shrimp and pat them dry with kitchen paper.
- 2. Finely chop the garlic and wash the parsley.
- 3. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- 4. Add the garlic and chili flakes to the oil and fry for 1 minute without browning them.
- 5. Add the shrimp to the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes per side until pink.
- 6. Remove the pan from the heat, squeeze the juice of half the lemon over it, and sprinkle the chopped parsley over.
- 7. Season with salt and serve the shrimp immediately in the pan.
