  1. 1. Thaw the shrimp and pat them dry with kitchen paper.
  2. 2. Finely chop the garlic and wash the parsley.
  3. 3. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Add the garlic and chili flakes to the oil and fry for 1 minute without browning them.
  5. 5. Add the shrimp to the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes per side until pink.
  6. 6. Remove the pan from the heat, squeeze the juice of half the lemon over it, and sprinkle the chopped parsley over.
  7. 7. Season with salt and serve the shrimp immediately in the pan.
