  1. 1. Pat the shrimp dry. Wash the parsley and chop it coarsely. Slice the garlic thinly.
  2. 2. Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add the garlic and chili flakes and fry for 2 minutes until the garlic is golden and fragrant (do not burn).
  4. 4. Place the shrimp in the pan and fry for 3 to 4 minutes until pink and cooked through.
  5. 5. Remove the pan from the heat. Stir in the lemon juice and parsley. Serve immediately in the hot oil.
