🦐 Garlic Shrimp in Fiery Oil (Gambas al Ajillo)

Ingredients
- 300 g Shrimp (peeled, tail-on)
- 60 ml Olive oil
- 6 große Zehen Garlic
- 3 g Chili flakes
- 10 g Parsley (fresh)
- 15 ml Lemon juice
- 3 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Pat the shrimp dry. Wash the parsley and chop it coarsely. Slice the garlic thinly.
- 2. Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
- 3. Add the garlic and chili flakes and fry for 2 minutes until the garlic is golden and fragrant (do not burn).
- 4. Place the shrimp in the pan and fry for 3 to 4 minutes until pink and cooked through.
- 5. Remove the pan from the heat. Stir in the lemon juice and parsley. Serve immediately in the hot oil.
