  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2. Finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté them in a little oil.
  3. 3. Add the minced meat and brown it until fully cooked.
  4. 4. Stir in the tomato paste and paprika powder, and season with salt.
  5. 5. Allow the filling to cool down.
  6. 6. Roll out the puff pastry and place it into a baking dish.
  7. 7. Place the cooled meat filling into the pastry.
  8. 8. Cover the filling with a second layer of pastry and seal the edges.
  9. 9. Mix the egg yolk with the milk and brush the surface of the pie with it.
  10. 10. Bake the pie for 30 minutes until golden brown.
