🥧 Galician Meat Pie

Ingredients
- 1 Packung Puff Pastry
- 400 g Beef Minced Meat
- 1 Stk Onions
- 2 Stk Garlic Cloves
- 1 EL Tomato Paste
- 1 TL Paprika Powder (Sweet)
- 1 TL Salt
- 1 Stk Egg Yolk
- 1 EL Milk
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- 2. Finely chop the onion and garlic and sauté them in a little oil.
- 3. Add the minced meat and brown it until fully cooked.
- 4. Stir in the tomato paste and paprika powder, and season with salt.
- 5. Allow the filling to cool down.
- 6. Roll out the puff pastry and place it into a baking dish.
- 7. Place the cooled meat filling into the pastry.
- 8. Cover the filling with a second layer of pastry and seal the edges.
- 9. Mix the egg yolk with the milk and brush the surface of the pie with it.
- 10. Bake the pie for 30 minutes until golden brown.
