  1. 1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin strips or small cubes.
  2. 2. Dice the onion and peppers into small pieces.
  3. 3. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Fry the potatoes in the pan for approx. 10 minutes until they are soft.
  5. 5. Add the onions and peppers and fry everything for another 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Season with smoked paprika powder, salt, and pepper.
  7. 7. Make 4 small indentations in the potato mixture and crack an egg into each indentation.
  8. 8. Cover the pan and let the eggs cook on low heat until the egg white is set.
  9. 9. Remove the entire pan mixture from the pan and divide it into 4 containers.
  10. 10. Let the meal cool completely before closing the lids.
