🥟 Galician Ravioli with Pork and Apple

Ingredients
- 300 g All-purpose flour
- 2 Stk. Eggs (Large)
- 100 ml Warm water
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 1 Stk. Onion (finely diced)
- 400 g Pork mince
- 1 Stk. Apple (firm, diced)
- 150 ml Milk
- 30 g Raisins
- 1 TL Dried mint
- 1 TL Salt
- 1/2 TL Black pepper (ground)
Instructions
- 1. Mix flour, eggs, and water in a bowl. Knead the dough for 5 minutes until smooth.
- 2. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes covered with cling film.
- 3. Fry the onion in 1 tbsp of oil until golden brown.
- 4. Add the pork mince. Fry it until browned, breaking it up.
- 5. Add apple, raisins, mint, salt, and pepper. Remove pan from heat.
- 6. Divide the dough into 4 pieces. Roll each piece very thin.
- 7. Place a spoon of filling on half the dough. Cover with the other half.
- 8. Press edges firmly with a fork to form pockets.
- 9. Simmer the pasta pockets in salted water for 8-10 minutes.
- 10. Warm milk with remaining oil in a pot. Add pasta pockets and toss briefly.
