  1. 1. Mix flour, eggs, and water in a bowl. Knead the dough for 5 minutes until smooth.
  2. 2. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes covered with cling film.
  3. 3. Fry the onion in 1 tbsp of oil until golden brown.
  4. 4. Add the pork mince. Fry it until browned, breaking it up.
  5. 5. Add apple, raisins, mint, salt, and pepper. Remove pan from heat.
  6. 6. Divide the dough into 4 pieces. Roll each piece very thin.
  7. 7. Place a spoon of filling on half the dough. Cover with the other half.
  8. 8. Press edges firmly with a fork to form pockets.
  9. 9. Simmer the pasta pockets in salted water for 8-10 minutes.
  10. 10. Warm milk with remaining oil in a pot. Add pasta pockets and toss briefly.
