🥧 Galician Ham and Cheese Cake

Ingredients
- 500 g Puff pastry (chilled)
- 200 g Ham (sliced)
- 200 g Mozzarella cheese (grated)
- 2 EL Tomato paste
- 2 EL Olive oil
- 1 TL Paprika powder (sweet)
- 1 Prisen Salt
- 1 Prisen Pepper (black)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
- 2. Mix tomato paste, olive oil, paprika powder, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- 3. Score the dough in the middle (without cutting through) to create an edge.
- 4. Spread the tomato mixture evenly over the dough.
- 5. Distribute the ham and cheese evenly over the tomato mixture.
- 6. Lift the edges and fold them slightly to secure the filling.
- 7. Put the cake in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the dough is golden brown.
- 8. Let the cake cool for 5 minutes before cutting.
