🍜 Galbi (Korean Short Ribs)

Ingredients
- 500g Beef short ribs
- 4 EL Soy sauce
- 2 EL Sugar
- 3 Zehen Garlic (minced)
- 1 Onion (chopped)
- 2 EL Sesame oil
- 1 TL Black pepper
- 2 Spring onions (sliced)
Instructions
- 1. Marinate the ribs in a mixture of soy sauce, sugar, garlic, onion, sesame oil, and pepper.
- 2. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight in the fridge.
- 3. Preheat the grill or grilling pan.
- 4. Place the ribs on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes per side.
- 5. Watch the grilling process to avoid burning the meat.
- 6. Garnish with spring onions and serve.
