Ingredients
- 2 boiled potatoes
- 150g tofu
- 100g green beans
- 1 carrots
- 3 EL peanut butter
- 100ml coconut milk
Instructions
- 1. Cut vegetables and boiled potatoes into cubes and blanch briefly.
- 2. Cut tofu into cubes and sauté in a pan.
- 3. Combine peanut butter and coconut milk to make a sauce.
- 4. Arrange vegetables, boiled potatoes, and tofu, drizzle with sauce.
