Ingredients
- 2 Potatoes
- 150g Green Beans
- 100g tofu
- 100g Cabbage
- 50g Peanuts
- 2 EL Soy Sauce
Instructions
- 1. Boil potatoes until soft and cube them.
- 2. Blanch green beans and cut them into pieces.
- 3. Cut tofu into cubes and fry until golden brown.
- 4. Finely slice cabbage.
- 5. For the sauce, puree peanuts and mix with soy sauce.
- 6. Arrange vegetables and serve with peanut sauce.
