Ingredients
- 500 g yam
- nach Bedarf Water
- 1 TL Salt
Instructions
- 1. Peel yam and cut into pieces.
- 2. Boil yam in water until soft (about 20 minutes).
- 3. Drain yam and mash in a bowl.
- 4. Mix with water and salt until smooth consistency is achieved.
- 5. Shape the fufu and serve.
