  2. 2. Gradually stir in the remaining milk into the batter.
  3. 3. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes so the flour can swell.
  4. 4. Whip the cream stiffly by streaming in the sugar.
  5. 5. Melt the butter in a non-stick pan and fry thin crêpes golden brown.
  6. 6. Place the crêpes on plates, add raspberries and cream on top.
