🥞 Cranberry-Quark Crêpes with Honey

Ingredients
- 150 g Wheat flour
- 300 ml Milk
- 3 Stück Eggs (Size M)
- 200 g Cottage cheese (Low fat)
- 60 g Dried cranberries
- 10 g Butter for frying
- 30 g Honey
Instructions
- 1. Whisk flour, eggs, and half of the milk in a bowl to form a smooth batter.
- 2. Add the remaining milk and stir in the crumbled low-fat quark.
- 3. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
- 4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter.
- 5. Pour one ladle of batter into the center and swirl the pan to cover the bottom.
- 6. Fry the crêpe for 2 minutes until golden brown, flip it, and fry for another 1 minute.
- 7. Spread a hot crêpe with quark and sprinkle cranberries on top. Fold it.
- 8. Drizzle honey over the finished crêpes and serve warm.
