🥗 Fruity Goat Cheese Salad with Walnuts

Ingredients
- 200 g Baby arugula
- 120 g Fresh goat cheese (Chèvre frais)
- 2 Stück Pears (firm)
- 50 g Walnut kernels
- 20 ml Olive oil
- 10 ml Balsamic vinegar
- 3 g Salt
- 1 g Black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the arugula and dry it thoroughly.
- 2. Toast the walnut kernels in a dry pan over medium heat for 3 minutes until fragrant.
- 3. Cut the pears into small cubes and remove the core.
- 4. Mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl to make a dressing.
- 5. Crumble the goat cheese into bite-sized pieces with your hands.
- 6. Mix the arugula, pears, and toasted walnuts in a large bowl.
- 7. Pour the dressing over the salad and top with the goat cheese.
- 8. Serve the salad immediately.
