🍰 Fruity Yogurt Cake

Ingredients
- 300 g Greek Yogurt
- 150 g Fresh Berries
- 50 g Honey
- 150 ml Whipping Cream
- 1 Päckchen Gelatin
- 50 ml Water
- 2 EL Lemon Juice
- 100 g Cookies
Instructions
- 1. Soak gelatin in water.
- 2. Mix yogurt with honey and lemon juice.
- 3. Whip the cream and fold into the yogurt mixture.
- 4. Heat gelatin in the microwave and stir into yogurt mixture.
- 5. Spread the cookie base in a form and pour the yogurt mixture on top.
- 6. Decorate with fresh berries and chill for at least 2 hours.
