🍑 Iced Peach and Almond Soup with Thyme

Ingredients
- 400 g Peaches (frozen or fresh)
- 500 ml Almond milk (unsweetened)
- 1 Stk. Lemon
- 20 g Sugar (or honey)
- 4 Zweige Fresh thyme
- 50 ml Milk (cold)
Instructions
- 1. Place the peaches (pitted and diced), almond milk, juice of half a lemon, and sugar into the blender.
- 2. Blend on high speed for 60 seconds until a smooth, creamy consistency is achieved.
- 3. Pour the soup into four large glasses and stir in the cold milk to lighten the color.
- 4. Garnish each glass with a sprig of fresh thyme and a slice of peach.
- 5. Refrigerate the soups for at least 15 minutes before serving.
