🍲 Pancake Soup

Ingredients
- 2 Stück Egg
- 150 g Flour
- 250 ml Milk
- 1 Prise Salt
- 1 L Beef broth
- 2 EL Parsley
- 0.5 TL Pepper
- 1 EL Oil
Instructions
- 1. Mix eggs, flour, milk, and salt to a batter.
- 2. Cook thin pancakes in a hot pan with oil.
- 3. Cut cooled pancakes into strips.
- 4. Heat beef broth and serve with strips of pancakes.
- 5. Garnish with parsley and pepper.
- 6. Serve and enjoy.
