🍳 Frittata with Spinach and Feta

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 100 g feta cheese
- 2 EL olive oil
- 1 onion
- 0.5 TL pepper
- 1 TL salt
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- 2. In a pan, heat olive oil, sauté onion, and add spinach.
- 3. Whisk eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- 4. Pour the egg mixture over the vegetables in the pan.
- 5. Crumble feta on top of the egg mixture.
- 6. Bake for about 15 minutes until the frittata is set.
