Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 1 Onion
- 2 EL Olive Oil
- 50 g Cheese (e.g. Feta)
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Chop vegetables and sauté in a pan.
- 2. Whisk eggs in a bowl and add to the pan.
- 3. Crumble cheese and add in.
- 4. Season with salt and pepper.
- 5. Let frittata set for about 10 minutes.
