Ingredients
- 6 Eggs
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 Onion
- 100 g Cheese
- 2 EL Olive Oil
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Chop bell pepper, zucchini, and onion.
- 2. Sauté in a pan with olive oil.
- 3. Whisk eggs in a bowl and season.
- 4. Add vegetables to the eggs and mix well.
- 5. Pour into the pan and cook on low heat until set.
- 6. Top with cheese and bake in the oven until golden brown.
