🥗 Fresh Cauliflower Salad with Nuts and Smoked Salmon

Ingredients
- 500 g Cauliflower
- 160 g Smoked Salmon
- 50 g Walnut Kernels
- 1 Stk Lemon
- 30 ml Olive Oil
- 100 g Corn Salad
Instructions
- 1. Wash the cauliflower and remove the main stem. Break it down with a knife into small, even florets.
- 2. Roast the walnut kernels in a dry pan over medium heat for 3 minutes. Make sure they do not burn.
- 3. Squeeze the juice of half the lemon over the cauliflower and mix it with one tablespoon of olive oil.
- 4. Wash the corn salad thoroughly and dry it well. Place it on a large plate.
- 5. Break the smoked salmon into bite-sized pieces and distribute them along with the walnuts and marinated cauliflower on the salad.
- 6. Drizzle the dish with the remaining olive oil and serve immediately.
