  1. 1. Wash the cauliflower and remove the main stem. Break it down with a knife into small, even florets.
  2. 2. Roast the walnut kernels in a dry pan over medium heat for 3 minutes. Make sure they do not burn.
  3. 3. Squeeze the juice of half the lemon over the cauliflower and mix it with one tablespoon of olive oil.
  4. 4. Wash the corn salad thoroughly and dry it well. Place it on a large plate.
  5. 5. Break the smoked salmon into bite-sized pieces and distribute them along with the walnuts and marinated cauliflower on the salad.
  6. 6. Drizzle the dish with the remaining olive oil and serve immediately.
